Interface Probability
Higher values indicate a stronger predicted interface signal.
At Interface · PDB complexes
1 = interface 0 = other
Observed interfaces in a PDB complex. These are binary labels, not probabilities.
Structure Coverage
Coverage of the selected model
The fraction of a protein represented by the displayed structure.
Common questions
Why can't I find an interaction?
Select protein 1 from the dropdown first. Protein 2 lists its available partners. If a pair is missing, it is not available in the current browser.
Why is part of the structure missing?
A structural model may cover only part of the protein. Check its source and coverage.
A missing region does not necessarily mean it is outside the interaction interface.
Why does the 3D viewer keep loading?
Reload the page in an up-to-date browser with WebGL enabled. Check your network connection and make sure the structure files are not blocked by browser extensions or network restrictions.
Why do interface residues change with the interaction partner?
Interface predictions are partner-specific. The same protein can use different residues to bind different partners.
